The redevelopment of the ELPE site will transform an old commercial property into a cutting-edge, ultra-low carbon office building. This initiative will introduce a new approach to office space in a well-established business district in Marousi.

The project is owned by Noval Property, a leading player in the real estate industry, known for its innovative and sustainable developments. Their vision aligns perfectly with our expertise in facade engineering, making this collaboration a strong fit.

As the facade engineering experts for this project, F-Nous is responsible for the facade mockup. Given that this is a renovation of an existing building, we are utilizing advanced 3D scanning technology to meticulously design the new facade around the existing structure. This approach allows us to accurately capture the dimensions and conditions of the current building, ensuring that our designs are perfectly tailored to fit. By working within the limitations of the existing structure, we can enhance its functionality and aesthetic appeal without altering its fundamental framework. This ensures that the facade is not only visually appealing but also structurally sound, energy-efficient, and seamlessly integrated with the original building.
