At F-Nous, we are happy to announce our latest project, The Grid—an innovative office complex set to transform a former industrial site in Athens, Greece. Led by Noval Property and Brook Lane Capital and designed by the renowned Foster + Partners in collaboration with YAP Architects, this project is a leap towards redefining modern workspaces.

As facade specialists, we are tasked with the critical role of engineering and construction the facade systems for The Grid, spanning over 12,000 sqm of curtain walls and 30,000 sqm of bespoke cladding. Our work will directly contribute to the project’s ambitious LEED Platinum certification goals. We are focused on optimizing energy efficiency and enhancing the building’s overall sustainability profile.

The Grid is located in Marousi, a key business district of Athens, covering a full city block. It is designed around two C-shaped structures facing each other, creating a dynamic central courtyard surrounded by green spaces, which will serve as the main hub of the property’s social interactions. The Grid will span 61,500 sqm across five levels with additional three basement floors.

With an anticipated completion in late 2025, The Grid is set to become a benchmark for sustainable and innovative office design in Greece.
