ELPE
The redevelopment of the ELPE site transforms an old commercial property into a cutting-edge, ultra-low carbon office building. This initiative not only revitalizes the existing structure but also introduces a new, forward-thinking approach to office space in a well-established business district.
As the facade engineering experts selected for this project, F-Nous is responsible for the engineering and implementation of the facade that complements the building’s modern design. Our involvement ensures that the building not only meets aesthetic expectations but also sets benchmarks in energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.
The building is designed with the goal of achieving LEED Gold certification, reflecting its built-in energy efficiency and sustainable construction practices. The project also targets Net Zero Carbon and Fitwel certifications, underscoring a commitment to health and environmental design.
The office structure is designed to be flexible, catering to various tenant needs and easily adaptable to future requirements. This flexibility ensures that the building can evolve with the changing demands of its occupants. The integration of natural elements into the building design aims to enhance the work environment, prioritizing the well-being and productivity of its users.
The ELPE is set to become a benchmark for future developments in the area, offering state-of-the-art workspaces that are both innovative and sustainable. The project’s design and functionality are expected to attract premium tenants looking for high-quality office spaces in Athens.
By participating in this transformative project, F-Nous contributes to the functional upliftment of the Kifisias Avenue corridor but also reinforces our reputation in sustainable facade engineering. This project serves as a showcase of our ability to blend innovative design solutions with practical sustainability outcomes, paving the way for future projects in Greece and beyond.
